Centrally located in the city of Bengaluru in Karnataka, IndiaAcademia Neevis a distinguished international school founded on providing world-class modern education to elementary, middle, and high school students.
Within its state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure, there are two large campuses, the academy includes a cafeteria that uses traditional non-folding furniture. The team experienced delays in moving out-of-use tables and chairs, regular floor cleaning, and general aesthetic appearance of furniture that did not meet the required ambience of the space. SICO®was able to provide the perfect solution for a number of SICOs® BY-65 bench tables,TSU tablese ovalGraduate Tables.
Initially, the project envisaged a reduced number of tables, however, once the tables were installed and the ease with which the space could be transformed, it was decided to replace all the remaining traditional non-folding tables with SICO® mobile folding coffee tableswhich eventually allowed the campus to accommodate different age groups of students with seats/benches of various heights.
Academia Outwood Valley
InstaTheatre™adds the finishing touch to the purpose-built schoolhouse.

Bay C of E Elementary School
SICO®reached out to Karen Colwill, Newbuild Project ManagerBay C of E Elementary School, Isle of Wight, who were looking for dining room furniture that would allow the dining room to be used for multiple purposes.
Like many elementary schools, the space not only serves as a cafeteria, but also facilitates breakfast and after-school clubs, school meetings, physical education and parents' nights.
The school had a clear agenda, the new dining room furniture needed to be quick and easy to fit and store, but more importantly, it needed to be stored more compactly in a store cupboard that would house not only the furniture but also the cleaning equipment. .
Our school bought SICO® table seatsfor our new build in September 2013. One of the reasons for the purchase was the fact that in our new build the storage closet was smaller than we were used to and the SICO®units seemed like the perfect solution to our problems.

Alsop Secondary School

The oldest part of the school, built in 1926, has been completely renovated and extensive redevelopment of the school grounds has been completed. The oldest building is unique and something the school is very proud of.
Alsop High School has over 1,700 students, and increasingly, they wanted to move away from loose cafeteria-style furniture to a solution that could accommodate their growing number of students, creating a stylish, multi-purpose space for other diverse uses that now he has .
Working closely with the school's business manager, we carried out detailed research and created several design options using different SICO® products and layouts, and after careful consideration, the school chose the SICO® 8-seater combotable seatsto an adult height of 740 mm.
Woodbridge High School
Woodbridge High Schoolin Woodford Green, London, is a growing secondary school with over 1,500 students, as part of its impressive recent expansion plans, it has commissioned Kier Construction to design and build the new Roding Arts Centre.
The new complex features performance and music rooms with state-of-the-art songwriting software, art rooms with ceramic and glass kilns, and new history and computer suites. However, at the heart of the center is a new theater.
The architect specified a space-saving solution for the stage and seating, allowing this theater to be adapted to occupy the available space to meet demanding user requirements.
Our main challenge in this project was to design aportable folding stagingsolution that would give as much footprint as possible while maintaining adequate access and enough space to install the new grandstand within the project.
Hadlow Rural Community School
Hadlow Rural Community Schoolin Kent, which recently opened in September 2016. The school wanted to create a purpose-built dining hall that could be used as a hub for the school.
They wanted flexibility for the dining room so that it could also be used for parents' evenings, break sessions and breakfasts, there was also a need for the room to be able to host conferences and training events, presentations and also dances.
The main challenge for SICO®was to deliver a suitable product that met and exceeded the high standards set by the Hadlow Rural Community School and to help create a hall that could be used for many different events, as well as a comfortable place for students to dine each day, the school currently has 150 students, but will reach 400 when it is at full capacity.
Fields Store Elementary School
Ken Blanchard's observation that "none of us are as smart as all of us" applies here. Through cooperation with the architectural firm Interior Systems Inc., manufacturer of mobile folding furniture SICO®America Inc. and Wilsonart High Pressure Laminate (HPL), Edu-Source Corporation facilitated the cafeteria and kitchen renovation at Fields Store Elementary School in Waller, Texas. Although more than 55 percent of the student body comes from disadvantaged backgrounds, the school enjoys a reputation for excellence, including receiving an award from the National Blue Ribbon Schools Program in 2014. All that was missing was an interior to match the intent.

Oroville, Washington School District
Steve Thompson, director of maintenance for the Oroville, Washington school district, contacted a SICO®concessionaire because he was interested in buying our electricityBY-65 Dining Tables, to replace the existing SICO in the area®paintings… from 1957. That's right – 1957!
The district still used Eisenhower-era tables until recently, when its superintendent purchased used cafeteria tables, made by another manufacturer, from a neighboring school district. Maintenance personnel quickly realized that the nearly 60-year-old SICO®the tables looked and performed better than the competitor's 10 year old tables. Later, when they managed to order new tables for the cafeteria, they contacted SICO®.
